TAS INTERVIEWS: Journey Lekhuleni (theeoriginaljay)
Welcome to TAS Interviews N.O 4!
Tas Interviews is an Interview series where I interview at least six fashion and lifestyle bloggers like myself. I’ll ask six questions, 4 based on their blog and two questions based on fashion and lifestyle trends. This interview series will last for six weeks.
Every interview will be published on the 6th day of the week.
Sharifah: When did you start your YouTube channel?
Journey: I started my YouTube quite some time ago hey but then ended up deleting my videos since I wasn’t happy with them, however, I tell people I started it in 2016 mid-year.
Sharifah: So, do you prefer being a YouTuber or a blogger?
Journey: I really can’t decide! There’s s balance between the two but I love them both for different reasons, for example, I love blogging because I can do it on the go with no limitations whereas I love that you can capture my true feelings and there’s less misinterpretation on YouTube.

Sharifah: What are your goals?
Journey: To learn to embrace the person that I am with no doubts and to mark my name on earth.
Sharifah: What do you like being a blogger?
Journey: Not only am I given the chance to help others but I get to express myself and be the inner person I always wanted to be I get to take out the inner person and be myself.
Sharifah: What’s your style?
Journey: Hard question! My fashion style is all over the place and can never be limited to just one style.

Sharifah: If you’re going to London fashion week, what would you wear and why?
Journey: I know people are always complaining about the cold weather so to put in my sense of style to it as well as the weather I’d probably wear a custom-made coat that is made into a 2 piece and reveals a lot of skin.

Next week will be another interview with someone, you’ll find out next week.
First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if
you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before
writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to
figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
