After I posted my weight loss progression, I want to share what I ate whilst I did the Chloe Ting challenge.
Personally, losing belly fat can be very difficult😑
I’ve previously tried to lose it years ago but it didn’t work.
But this time, I tried and it worked!!!
I looked at healthy meals on Pinterest for inspiration and saved it on my pinboard.
My usual food plan
Breakfast: a protein shake or eggs.
Lunch: a non-carb meal e.g salad, soup.
Snacks: fruit and nuts.
Dinner: a meal with carbohydrates.
Portion control
I made sure that I have the right amount of food on my plate.
It was hard at first but I got used to it as the weeks went by.
Inspiration
When I’m not motivated to exercise or to eat healthily, I usually watch health and fitness related videos to feel inspired.
Cheat day and sugar cravings
If I feel like eating junk food, I would treat myself with a takeaway or buy at least three Krispy Kream doughnuts from a shop.
I do it once every two weeks.
Weight loss tips
Here are my tips.
Disclaimer: I’m not really an expert when it comes to things like this.
1. Don’t overeat
2. Make sure you eat the right amount of fruit, vegetables, carbs and protein
3. Don’t be guilty if you eat junk food
4. Don’t view your healthy food journey as a diet
5. Lastly, don’t do this for the wrong reasons
