Hello Readers,
I was meant to upload this post earlier but didn’t due to something I don’t want to discuss.

Around this month, I decided to change the way I ate and started exercising at home.

The reason I did this was that I was fed up and felt like my self-esteem was getting worse; mentally, I wasn’t feeling great and wanted to change but didn’t know where to start.

Most of my clothes didn’t fit me and almost ruined one of my trousers.

Plus, I would get tired quickly and be running out of breath as I walk to a shop near my house or walking around campus.
I was unfit, and to change that, I decided to eat clean by removing sugary things like coke, cake, fried foods and anything that is not healthy.

I started Exercising at home, six days a week for two months.
If you want to know more about my two- month weight loss journey, the link is below.
After two months of working out, I saw the difference but, it wasn’t a big difference (to me); however, my friends and others said they saw the difference from my face down to my body.

I didn’t know how to react because of the way they were reacting. It might be because they haven’t seen me for a long time.

Here are the before and after photos.

left: 2019
Right: February 2020 (My old uni room was a mess)
My denim jeans were tight on me, and I remember that I struggled to put it on.

I took the photo on the left almost two years ago, and the right was taken last year after the 2-month Chloe Ting challenge.
The skirt used to be very tight on me, and sitting down made it more uncomfortable.
What I like to eat

If you want to know more about what I usually eat, I wrote two blog posts about it.

Thanks for reading my short blog post.
I’ll be posting less since I’m going back to uni next week, and since it’s my final year, I need to focus more,
and…
During my summer break, I recorded myself playing on my guitar and ukulele; but, I can’t put everything since I played quite a lot of songs.
I’ve been practicing on my guitar for two months and the ukulele for three months.
These are my four favourite covers (I’m a beginner lol)
I hope this post will inspire you 🙂
