Hello Readers!
During the week, I wanted to try something new; I came across one of Emi Wong’s workout videos when I was looking for Youtube videos to watch.

I watched the entire video and thought why not try it myself to see if It works.
I watched her videos before but I never did her workouts in the past; this was my first time.
Before I started, I took a before photo.

Progression
Day1 and 2: It was okay but as I did the workout, I felt my collarbone area. It was good overall
Day 3: Again, the workout was good And I felt the burn in my shoulder and collarbone area. My workout position is getting better.
Day 4: Workout positions are getting better and I can quite see the results already which I am surprised.
Day 5: This day was the best so far! I felt the improvement in my shoulder area which I was glad.
Day 6: I felt great on that day! That’s all I wanted to say!
Day 7: The workout was good but since the weather was hot, I was sweating in my room whilst I did the workout.
After

Question: Did I see results?
Answer: I can see it a little bit however, it’s not really clear to me since I did it for a week. If I did this workout for a month or two, I’d definitely see results.
The shoulder, neck and collarbone workout seems easy but if you do it, you’ll feel the burn!
